Artists
Q Do we get a sound check?
A Fat Lemon tries to ensure that all artists receive a sound check prior to doors opening, providing they are at the venue, loaded in at the specified time on the Artist Pack.
Q Do we receive a guest list?
A Performing Artists may receive a limited guest list for professionals and press only e.g. industry professionals and label representatives however this does not include friends and family. Guest Lists must be submitted 2 days prior to the event.
Q Do we get a rider/free drinks?
A All Performing Artists receive a standard rider unless other arrangements have previously been agreed through a professional booking agent under contract.
Q Do we have to supply backline?
A Fat Lemon arranges the sharing of backline, usually the Headline act supplies backline for all performing artists to share. But backline is usually provided without any issues.
Q Can we cancel booked gigs?
A Fat Lemon requires all Performing Artists to sign and return a contract committing performance; however, if, for a legitimate reason, you/your band require to cancel, Fat Lemon needs a minimum of 14 days notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may be in place.
Q What is the turn out like?
A We cannot give a definite answer. Turnout is largely subject to the effort of the Performing Artists and how pro-active they are when it comes to promotion. Of course, Fat Lemon, being the Promotions Company, heavily promotes all the shows with thanks to local media, shops and online marketing.

Q I bought a ticket, although it doesn't look real, what should I do?
A Tickets for all Fat Lemon shows are only available from Performing Artists, Advertised Local Outlets, Venues, WeGotTickets and www.fat-lemon.com

Q 'X' Band pulled out; can I get my money back?
A Unfortunately Fat Lemon cannot refund based on bands pulling out, but will always advertise alterations of line-ups, and will, where possible, offer part-refunds.
Q I'm '£X' short of entry, can I come in anyway? / Can we get group discounts?
A Fat Lemon cannot allow anyone to enter the venue without paying the full face price of a ticket or door price. There are no group discounts available on the night, but if booking a large party to attend please contact enquiries@fat-lemon.com for details on large ticket purchases.
Q Can I leave a bag/coat with you?
A The majority of venues offer a cloak-room system, where belongings maybe kept safe for the duration of the show. Although neither Fat Lemon, nor the Venue accept any responsibility to loss or damages to property.
Q Can you get 'X' band to play?
A If you'd like Fat Lemon to explore getting a certain band to play, please email enquiries@fat-lemon.com with the band name and website address, and the venue you would like them to play at, Fat Lemon will look into arranging a possible show in the future.
Q What affects Ticket Price?
A Ticket Price is purely dependant on Bands and potential turnout. We try to ensure that all tickets are competitively priced and that you get pure value for money.

A Fat Lemon is always interested in receiving feedback on our events; we would happily be able to publish it on our website, and one of our media plugger's could maybe get your article into a magazine.
